Live at The BBQ
During 2007 Microsoft threw a series of free, outdoor performances this summer in three cities (Los Angeles, Chicago, New York) across the U.S. The series featured performances by Common, UGK, Cham, E-40, Clipse and more.
The series was dubbed, “Live At The BBQ,” and featured what Microsoft called “other special guests,” such as Collie Budz and Large Professor, the former Main Source frontman who introduced Nas to a generation of hip-hop fans via a track also entitled “Live At The BBQ”.
“For us it’s about connecting with that core and giving them the opportunity to participate in the Zune mantra which is to support Art, Music and Film in the digital space with technology and innovation. We want to recreate that energy with the ultimate park jam experience.“

Avatars
While you can’t attend the shows (unless you invent a time machine), I’ve got the next best thing.
I created these avatars from the files created for the shows for you to use to proudly to show off your Zune love.
